ANE says that the Russian carmaker Sollers is trying to purchase the rights to make SsangYong’s SUVs. Phoenix uses the SsangYong Actyon SUV as a basis for making its all-electric SUV and SUT. Sollers already has a deal with SsangYong to make the Rexton II and Kyron sport utility vehicles in Russia.
